Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These Terms govern your use of Hyderabad Farmhouse Rentals, on the website and in the mobile app. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to them.
About Our Service
Hyderabad Farmhouse Rentals lists farmhouses and similar properties around Hyderabad and lets you reserve them. Each property is owned and run by its owner, not by us. We take your booking and your payment, and pass on what the owner needs in order to host you.
Accounts
You must be able to enter into a contract to hold an account, and the details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has it.
Bookings
A booking request is not a confirmed stay. Once your payment is received we check the dates with the farmhouse owner, and your booking is confirmed only when we tell you it is, by notification and by email. If it cannot be confirmed, you are refunded in full.
The number of guests you book for is the number the property is held for. Arriving with more people than you booked may be refused at the property.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown per day and may differ between weekdays, weekends and event dates. Additional charges, such as extra guests or items listed on the property page, are shown before you pay.
Payment is taken through our payment provider. Where only part of the amount is paid up front, the balance is payable at the property, and both figures appear on your booking confirmation.
Cancellations and Refunds
The cancellation terms that apply to your stay are shown before you pay, and again on your booking confirmation. Those are the terms that govern your booking.
If a property becomes unavailable through no fault of yours, we will offer an alternative where we can, and refund you in full where we cannot.
Conduct at the Property
Treat the property and its neighbours with care, and follow the house rules shown on the property page, including any rules on noise, timings, pets and events.
The owner may end a stay early where those rules are seriously broken.
Damage
You are responsible for damage caused during your stay beyond ordinary wear and tear. Any claim must be raised with evidence, and we will help both sides reach a fair resolution.
Reviews
A review must describe a stay you actually had, and must be your own honest opinion. We may remove a review that is abusive, that identifies people who did not consent to being named, or that we have reason to believe is not genuine.
Intellectual Property
The platform, its design and its content belong to Hyderabad Farmhouse Rentals or to those who licensed them to us, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photographs of a property remain the property of whoever owns them.
Limitation of Liability
We provide the platform and take bookings. We do not own or operate the properties.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what happens at a property beyond our role in arranging the booking. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The version and effective date shown on this page tell you which version applies, and continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
