• Goa Liquor, Duty Free Liquor, Military Liquor and other state liquor is strictly not allowed. As it is against the Excise rule of Govt.

• DJ setup, Bar counters, Live Music, Dance floor are allowed. Please inform us in advance if you arranged any set-up, so we will follow Telangana Government Guidelines for Farmhouse and customer should adhere to these regulations.

• Music system which we provide it's allowed 24/7. DJ and personal music system need to take permission from owner or inform HFR while booking through HFR.

• Pet Friendly, And Please take care about cleanliness and Pets not allowed in pool.

• Hukkah, Drugs, Smuggling, Prostitution, Mujra Parties, Gambling and Playing cards are strictly not allowed.

• Balance amount should be cleared during check-in itself. Please Pay it to Payment details shared by watchmen or farm manager.

• A Refundable Security deposit of Rs.5,000/- is mandatory. Please Pay it in cash or online, collect it during checkout.

• Follow Excise department & Law and Order Police & Telangana Govt rules.
